Our California division, located in Huntington Beach seeks a Handyman .

Summary

Responsible for maintaining the facility’s infrastructure and ensuring that the physical plant operates efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform basic drywall and texture tasks and repairs
• Conduct basic carpentry tasks
• Handle basic plumbing
• Utilize basic electrical knowledge to repair lights, outlets, and run conduit pipes
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and scissor lefts as needed for facility tasks and maintenance
• Assist with janitorial duties, including trash removal
• Complete manual tasks, such as setting up chairs and tables for quarterly lunches, group meetings, or events
• Participate in water treatment
• Perform assigned preventative maintenance
• Other tasks as needed to provide functional support to the maintenance team

Qualifications, Education and Experience

• Graduation from high school or receipt of equivalent degree (GED)
• Basic maintenance experience
• Certiifcation in operating forklifts, cherry pickers, and scissor lifts or willingness to obtain
