Flare services is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in helping us develop and maintain our brand image through visual communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual assets for various marketing materials, including print and digital advertisements, social media graphics, website design, and more
- Develop and design new brand assets, including logos, color palettes, and brand guidelines
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Create and edit product images and packaging designs
- Ensure all designs are in line with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our brand message
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our visual communication
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of print and digital design best practices
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to take creative direction and work independently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects is required for consideration
