Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, design, and produce visually compelling materials for print, digital, social media, and web platforms, including brochures, flyers, banners, email and website graphics. Ensure that all designs align with the universityâ™s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all communications materials and platforms.
Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, the Director of Communications and Marketing, writers and other team members to develop creative concepts and solutions that support strategic communication goals.
Communicate directly with campus partners and stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed on time and on-budget. Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs, ensuring accurate and high-quality end products.
Prepare design files for production, ensuring they meet specifications for print and digital formats, and coordinate with printers and external vendors.
Maintain organized files and documentation and photography for design projects according to office standards, ensuring easy accessibility and version control.
When needed, shoot and edit photographs for school-level marketing and communications projects and provide art direction to outside vendors such as freelance illustrators and photographers.Â
Performs other duties as assigned.

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
