Douglas Outdoors, a leading brand in the fishing industry, is seeking a creative and skilled Embroidery & T-Shirt Graphic Designer to join our team! This role is perfect for someone passionate about design and outdoor sports, especially fishing, who can bring fresh, innovative ideas to our branded merchandise collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create custom designs for Douglas Outdoors branded apparel and accessories (hats, t-shirts, jackets, etc.) for the outdoors fishing market
• Take projects from initial design concept to final product, including digitizing embroidery files and preparing graphics for print
• Operate Douglas’s embroidery machines and transfer printer to produce high-quality, finished products
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with the brand's aesthetic and target audience
• Manage the production process, ensuring timely completion and maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

• Experience in embroidery design and graphic design for apparel (knowledge of fishing and outdoor sports is a plus!)
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and embroidery digitizing software
• Ability to operate embroidery machines and transfer printers
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually compelling products
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
