Job Title: Full-Stack Developer – Recycling Tech Startup

About Us:

Recycletek is building the future of recycling automation. Our fast recycling machines make it easy for customers to return beverage containers and get paid digitally, helping retailers comply with state regulations. We are expanding our software team and looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to help us enhance our platform and support cloud operation.

What You'll Do:

• Extend and maintain our backend using Python (Flask, SQLAlchemy).
• Work on multiple frontends built with React.
• Develop and shape the Software for the next generation of AI Recycling Machines
  (PoP Software, Customer Portal, Backoffice/BI/Dashboards for Recycling Centers).
• Collaborate with our team to improve system performance and user experience.
• Assist in cloud operations, optimizing scalability and security.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Proficiency in Python (Flask) for backend development.
• Strong experience with React (JavaScript/TypeScript) for frontend applications.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a big plus.
• Understanding of authentication and security best practices.
• Bonus: Experience with IoT integrations or hardware-software interaction.
