KIT is actively recruiting Framers/Carpenters for our production facility in Caldwell, Idaho. Monetary and/or vacation days awarded every 90 days for good attendance. KIT offers competitive starting wages of $21-$23 DOE, $1,000 sign on bonus after 91 days of employment, $1,000 referral bonus; referral must be employed at least 91 days. - Wall Framing
- Mill
- Exteriors
- Ceiling Build
- Finish Carpentry
- Roofing
- Various other home finishing tasks
Requirements: - Previous experience in framing or related construction work is required
- Please list this experience in your application
- Measuring, marking, and cutting materials for exterior doors and windows, foundations, floors, walls, and roofs
- Proficiency in using power tools and operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong knowledge of framing techniques and materials
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Regular attendance is a critical part of all positions at KIT. Must be available to consistently work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure, as well as any required Saturday or later evening overtime.
