About You
You are a seasoned marketing executive with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing and sales strategies particularly in the healthcare or wellness industry.
You deeply understand digital marketing lead generation and funnel optimization while demonstrating a strong analytical approach.
You are a selfstarter who thrives in a collaborative environment available to meet and plan strategies and tactics with the owner of our clinic and are comfortable working in a fractional capacity in the PST timezone.
Top 5 Objectives
Develop and Implement a Robust Marketing Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that effectively promotes our arthritis program as a single top funnel.
Build a HighConverting High Ticket Sales Funnel: Create and optimize a multichannel sales funnel that attracts educates and converts qualified leads into patients.
Drive Patient Acquisition & Retention: Use various marketing tactics to increase brand awareness attract new patients across the US for the online programs we manage and Santa Cruz CAbased patients for inperson treatments.
Track and Analyze Performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data insights from all the avenues we have at our disposal (Youtube Meta Google) to inform educated decisions and improve ROI.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the clinical team Dr. Tom video editor Marketing Manager/Social Media Manager and other stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with the clinics overall mission and goals.
Main Responsibilities
Conduct market research and market product fit research competitor analysis to identify opportunities and target audience segments.
Design develop and implement a multichannel marketing plan including content marketing social media video content email marketing and paid advertising.
Design and optimize a sales funnel for the arthritis program from lead generation to conversion.
Project Manage all marketing resources to increase the clinics online presence including website and social media channels.
Track and analyze marketing performance providing regular reports and insights.
Use and update Hubspot CRM on a regular basis.
Follow industry trends and best practices follow also our brand guidelines tone of voice and Dr. Toms messaging.
Take part in the open clinic zoom hours program.
Using a customer centered approach follow patients throughout their magic healing journey.
Requirements
Proven experience as a CMO or senior marketing executive preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry to understand and experience our patients treatments.
Experience with Hubspot CRM GA4 is mandatory.
Expertise in BTL ATL digital marketing lead generation funnel optimization and data analysis.
Strong understanding of the patient journey and how to create a seamless experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Availability for 2032 hours per month with flexibility to adjust based on project needs.
