Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly business reporting requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and SQL queries for dashboards and ad-hoc reporting.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new BI tools and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Utilize advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and potentially SAP and other analytical tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data and provide insightful recommendations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in finance/controlling or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
