**Description:** An intern at Missiles and Fire Control \(MFC\) in Orlando will have an opportunity to work closely with experienced Financial Cost Analysts, performing day\-to\-day activities in areas of program organization, planning, scheduling, budgeting, analysis, management reporting, baseline revisions, data maintenance, and metrics\. In addition, the intern will have the opportunity to observe the use of financial information systems and the preparation of applicable financial reports\. **Basic Qualifications:** \-Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field\. \-Proficient in Microsoft Office, including, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\. **Desired Skills:** Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self\-motivated Strong attention to detail Desire to learn data visualization tools \(ex\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\. **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
