Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and parenting cases with empathy and skill. • Collaborate with teammates (attorneys, paralegals, client specialists) who actually collaborate. • Negotiate and litigate when needed, always keeping client outcomes at the center. • Stay organized and efficient with the help of Modern Law’s advanced systems. Qualifications: What You Bring • Licensed Arizona Family Law Attorney or Legal Paraprofessional (LP) • 5+ years of family law experience (preferred) • Confident managing 25+ active cases, from dissolution to custody disputes • Strong litigation, client management, and communication skills • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and ready to try new approaches • A fearless, client-centered advocate who thrives in a modern legal environment Compensation & Benefits • Salary : $125,000+ DOE, plus bonuses. • Benefits : Health, dental, vision, PTO, bar dues, CLEs, student loan/education support. • Flexibility : Hybrid/WFH options built in.
