We are a well-established North Carolina family law firm seeking a Family Law Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of family law experience to join our team. Responsibilities: • Supervise and mentor lower level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniques • Anticipate, prepare for, and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients • Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs • Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws • Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses Qualifications: • Previous experience advocating for clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration About Company: What We Offer: We are a boutique family law firm offering clients the highest quality of legal services.
