Facilities Maintenance Analyst
Maintenance Planning Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary specialist and resource regarding facilities planned maintenance and recurring work standardization and scheduling.
Build and deploy preventative and predictive maintenance schedules.
Design dashboards and self-service reports utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Reports Module.
Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources.
Use key performance measures to find areas of improvement for efficiency and provide recommendations.
Ensure strict configuration control is maintained for data processes equipment and documents.
Prepare and facilitate corporate real estate maintenance plan training.
Other Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage work request queues for telecommuters; re-route requests accordingly.
Monitor move/add/change integration error reports; route requests accordingly and report any significant integration issues affecting service delivery times.
Assist maintenance teams with configuring loading and decommissioning equipment assets in the CMMS system associating equipment assets with schedules and creating or modifying maintenance procedures.

Ability to work accurately with high volumes of data.
Process oriented with a bias towards documentation and revision control.
Minimum Requirements:
3 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources performing analysis and presenting data.
3 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint Word Excel PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
3 years of Experience in Equipment Maintenance Operations.
3 years of experience with Computerized Maintenance Software Systems (CMMS). Preference for Corrigo.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite in the Dallas Ft. Worth area or Phoenix AZ.
