**Social Media Marketer**
**Location:** Remote
**Experience:** Strong background in content creation, strategy, and social media management
⏳ **Schedule:** Part-time (18 hours per week)
* **Monday – Thursday:** 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Kansas City, MO – Central Time)
* **High Potential to Become Full-Time within 90 Days**
✅ **Content Creation & Management:** Develop and execute all **verbal and visual content** for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
✅ **Video Editing & Uploading:** Must have the ability to **create and/or edit videos** to produce compelling and engaging content that aligns with both the employer company’s industry and the diverse industries of Inizio's client base. Upon completion, the candidate will be responsible for **uploading videos** to:
* **Company & Client Websites** (Video Blog Category)
* **Google My Business (GMB) Page**
* **YouTube Channel**
* ✅ **Social Media Posting & Scheduling:** Follow a structured posting schedule of up to **three posts per week** across all company and client social media boards, including but not limited to **Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and more**.
* ✅ **Analytics & Reporting:** Provide **bi-weekly or annual performance reports** to the CEO, presenting data-driven insights with the ability to **engage in professional discussions** and receive constructive feedback effectively.
* ✅ **Proactive Website & Content Updates:** Independently review the company website and client sites for **necessary updates**, including content, images, profile photos, and platform verbiage to ensure everything remains relevant and up to date.
* ✅ **Client Relationship Building:** Take initiative to **reach out to clients proactively**, checking in to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities to enhance their marketing efforts.
* ✅ **Brand Consistency & Strategy:** Ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms while continuously optimizing content strategies based on **data insights and industry trends**.
**Technology Requirements:**
* **A high-functioning computer or laptop** capable of handling multiple marketing tools and software efficiently.
* **High-speed internet** for seamless communication and workflow.
* **A functional camera** to participate in **Google Video Chat meetings** with the CEO and team on a regular basis.
* **Google My Business (GMB) & Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs)** – 2+ years
* **Canva** – 1-2 years
* **Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Management)** – 3+ years
* **LinkedIn (Personal & Business Pages)** – 3+ years
* **YouTube (Channel Management, SEO, & Engagement)** – 3+ years
* **Video Editing & Content Creation** – 2+ years
* **ChatGPT & AI Integration** – 1+ year
* **Pinterest** – 3+ years
* **Alignable** – 1+ years

* **GoDaddy** (Domain & Hosting Management)

**Pay is conducted on a bi-weekly schedule.**
