Responsibilities: • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business As a licensed real estate salesperson, you will utilize your knowledge of local real estate markets to aid individual clients, landlords, or developers in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties. This includes providing world-class customer service to ensure client satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume.
