Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support their team.

The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will wear many hats, providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling various human resource tasks. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

* Manage executive schedules and appointments.
* Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Complete HR related tasks including insurance/benefits.
* Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role within the AEC industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
