About the Role: Style Netbox is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of dynamic events for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing creative visions to life through exceptional event coordination. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor communication, and on-site setup.
• Support marketing efforts by creating event-related materials and managing social media updates.
• Ensure all event operations run smoothly and align with the company’s branding and client expectations.
• Monitor event budgets and assist in expense tracking.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools is a plus.
