Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events, from start to finish
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure all event details are organized
• Set up and break down event spaces, including decor, seating, and equipment
• Provide on-site support during events, handling logistics, guest services, and troubleshooting as needed
• Manage event schedules and timelines to keep everything running on track
• Handle administrative tasks, such as preparing event materials, booking travel, and maintaining records
• Assist with promoting events and communicating with attendees before and after the event
• Help maintain event budgets, track expenses, and assist with invoicing

What Were Looking For:

• A passion for events and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changes
• Previous experience in event planning or a related field is a plus, but not required
• A positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of initiative
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
