About job:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with architects and planners, gaining valuable insight into the industry and contributing to the success of our projects. 

Salary Range: $19.50 - $30.00 per hour

Job:  Full time

Location:  Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate and timely information
• Assisting with order processing, including entering orders into the system
• Handling customer complaints or concerns and finding effective solutions
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Maintaining customer records and updating the database with relevant information
• Providing general administrative support to the team, including organizing and maintaining files

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
