Tasks

As our new Software Engineer you will:

• Contribute to our AI Automation Platform for Nurses.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.
• Work with cloud technologies such as GCP AWS or Azure.
• Collaborate with product design and seasoned ML teams to turn ideas into solutions.
• Implement thorough testing to ensure topnotch results.
• Balance fastpaced development with quality outcomes.

In this role youll have the freedom to innovate while making a real impact on our company and the healthcare sector.

Requirements

Were looking for a motivated and highly intelligent Software Engineer ready to make an impact. Youre the right fit if:

Experience and Education:

• You have some software engineering experience and a strong drive to learn and grow.
• You possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python with solid skills and eagerness to apply them.
• Strong interest in backend development and a willingness to focus primarily on this area.
• Basic understanding or interest in machine learning and a willingness to develop your skills in this area.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP AWS or Azure is a plus.

Personal Attributes:

• Detailoriented with the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly.
• Organized selfstarter who can stay organized in a fastpaced environment.
• Highly motivated with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
• Interest or passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Optional:

• Contributions to opensource projects or personal projects that have had a meaningful impact or added value are a plus.
• German language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge about nursing homes/the industry is a plus.
