Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimize email campaigns that lead to increased revenue, traffic, and engagement.

• Analyze, monitor, and report on email campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and email subscriptions.

• Conduct tests on subject lines, email content, and user engagement to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align email campaigns with overall business objectives.

• Manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting to improve campaign personalization and relevance.

• Ensure email campaigns comply with industry regulations and optimize deliverability rates.

• Continuously monitor industry trends and practices to implement innovative email solutions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in email marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
• Familiar with the marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot).
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to track and report on campaign performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
