  Essential Functions:

  • Provide support to all EDI production processes and analyze, develop, and modify all maps for trading partners.
  • Monitor and document all EDI requests and track all applications through company ticketing system.
  • Monitor all EDI file processing and troubleshoot and test processes to resolve all transaction file issues.
  • Ensure regular audits and deliver a bug free environment on all Ecommerce sites and apps in collaboration with the ERP vendor software developers.
  • Identify, propose, and implement necessary overhauls of company eCommerce functions, policies, and procedures to automate any manual processes possible, reduce cost, and increase efficiency while maintaining GS1 standards.
  • Compile data from disparate sources, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative, to build holistic views of eCommerce program: including user experience, efficiencies metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for change management, configuration, and security of company EDI integrations and technical Ecommerce maintenance.
  • Procure, manage, coordinate, and consolidate vendor contracts, renewals, and relationships with the EDI/Ecommerce vendors.
  • Travel between company sites for end-user support and roll-out of IT initiatives relating to the EDI/Ecommerce platforms.

  Competencies, Education, and Experience:

  • Related associate’s, bachelor’s degree or master’s degree preferred (E- commerce, E-business, MIS)
  • At least one year of industry experience working with EDI or business systems analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Office 365, Word, Excel, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Experience managing documentation, guidance, and metrics on the practice of project management and execution
  • Experience standardizing operating procedures through the execution of project tasks
  • Experience managing Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Experience working with leveraging integrations through traditional EDI services, FTP services, and APIs
    • Message format EDI X12, EDIFACT, cXML, xCBL
    • Data Transport Protocols FTP, SFTP, VAN, AS2
    • eCatalog, Punch-Out/Hosted Catalog, Ariba/SAP, Zephyr
    • System-to-System API integration development
  • Experience working with Ecommerce platforms to establish connections and maintain GS1 standards
  • Incident management experience – managing trading partner expectations for incidents including business expectations and communication maintaining Service-Level Agreement (SLA) compliance

  Compensation:

  • $70,000 - $85,000/Year

  Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 9:00am – 5:00pm

  Physical Demands:

  • Bending and lifting up to 40 pounds
  • The ability to repetitively move on and off equipment
  • Work in cold and wet cooler conditions for extended periods of time
  • Stand or sit for long periods of time
  • Travel as needed between FreshEdge companies
