🎯 What You’ll Do

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the architect of our paid media success—planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on high-performing ad campaigns across Google and Meta. You’ll work closely with our content and leadership teams to align creative strategy with lead gen goals—and deliver real ROI.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Launch and manage Google and Meta ad campaigns
• Monitor and optimize daily ad performance
• Test creative, targeting, and copy for lead quality and CPL
• Provide weekly insights to the marketing team
• Collaborate with internal creative team for aligned messaging

🧠 What Winning Looks Like

• Cost-per-lead: Meta ≤ $80; Google ≤ $100
• ≥ 90% on-time campaign execution
• 25%+ appointment rate from paid leads
• Weekly reporting delivered by Monday 10AM
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders
