About the Role

Corrado Properties is s eeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.  The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Manage and maintain the organization’s website and ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on data-driven analysis.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content and marketing materials.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Oversee and manage online brand reputation and customer engagement.
  • Support lead generation and nurturing activities through CRM and marketing automation tools.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and project management skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
