Accountabilities

• Work closely with domain experts to assess business problems and opportunities for machine learning.
• Design, build, tune, and deploy AI/ML tools in alignment with IT frameworks.
• Perform large-scale experiments to uncover relationships between data sets.
• Communicate model performance and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Determine requirements for training and evolving deep learning models.
• Visualize data insights through engaging dashboards and reports.
• Lead the development of divisional strategies for AI/ML outcomes.
• Deploy a divisional AI strategy aligned with enterprise goals.
• Proactively mine data to identify trends and generate business insights.
• Mentor stakeholders in AI/ML expertise and leadership roles.
• Collaborate with business units to maximize AI project success.
• Identify areas for technical improvements and present business cases.

Requirements

• PhD or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with large-scale data to solve problems.
• Prior experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
• Experience in building and deploying predictive models and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with data science toolkits such as Python, R, and PySpark.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
• Understanding of emerging technologies like NoSQL databases and predictive analytics.
• Fluent in data science methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated growth mindset with a passion for learning new technologies.
• Strong understanding of data governance and management practices.
• Experience in systems development and project management methodologies.
• Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in business case development.
