Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, persuasive, quick learning and goal-oriented individual to join the Company’s Customer Success Team. Including managing existing customers and developing long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• As a Customer Success Manager you will manage and develop long-term partnerships with some of the biggest online technologies in the world!
• Increase renewal rates and reduce churn and influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction
• Identify and facilitate up-sell opportunities to drive new business growth

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in customer-facing organizations preferably at enterprise or mid-market SaaS companies
• Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
• Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
• Passion for technology
• Experience with every single step of a sales process from sales development to closing deals, with building sales pipeline, upsell techniques
• Competitive and driven with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
• English mother tongue and excellent oral and written communication and persuasion skills

Preferred

• Some technical background
• Experience working in a startup environment
