Job Description

We are seeking a  Corporate Tax Manager to join a 50+-year-old machining manufacturer. This position is critical for accurate compliance for Federal, Local, and State compliance along with the International tax strategy. If you are looking to join a growing, stable organization, please apply!

Corporate Tax Manager Responsibilities: 

• Review Domestic and International monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax provisions
• Prepare financial statement tax footnote disclosures in accordance with SEC regulations and ASC 740
• Reconcile general ledger tax accounts and maintain supporting records
• Manage control procedures for the tax process for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

Corporate Tax Manager Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Taxation
• CPA Certification
• 3+ years of tax experience
• International experience and Transfer pricing preferred
