Job Description

Duties:

• Prepare and publish requisitions using a variety of internal and external resources
• Partial life cycle requisition management from intake meeting to pre-employment check
• Facilitate meetings with external recruiting partners and Hiring Managers, and candidates.
• Build effective working relationships within the organization, delivering high-quality performance
• Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates using established talent attraction and engagement processes and tools
• Review and complete phone screens with candidate to assess fit to role and organization
• Carry out a wide range of HR data processing tasks as directed; advise other colleagues and provide guidance on processes when needed
• Track and report weekly recruiting metrics
• Assist with the facilitation of recruiting campaigns
• Assist with the creation of new recruiting resources to attract talent
• Perform other duties as required

Experience:

• 3+ years corporate recruiting experience required

Target Pay Rate Range: $25-34/hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience and location.
