Position: Compliance Specialist

Reports to: Operations Manager

Schedule : Report to Oak Brook office Monday, Wednesday & Thursday; Work remotely Tuesday & Friday

Hours : 8:00am-5:00pm

Summary: The Compliance Specialist will ensure clients and contractors are onboarded correctly and that all contracts and onboarding files are accurate.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Onboard contractors and clients into Payroll and Billing Systems (Paychex, Salesforce and Sage)
• Audit contractor and client data to ensure accuracy.
• Review contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn ATS and Operational Software.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years data entry experience preferred.

Physical Requirement:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
