Job Description

We seek an experienced and motivated commercial real estate broker for a rewarding opportunity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker in the Richmond area with a strong track record of successful transactions.
• Valid Virginia real estate broker license.
• Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Manage the listing and marketing of commercial properties
• Negotiate lease and sale agreements
