College Recruiter Key Responsibilities Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Spearhead the discovery and cultivation of 100 exceptional CS/ML talents from Stanford and MIT through magnetic campus presence and relationship alchemy.
Basic Requirements - Battle-tested recruiter with 1+ years in college recruiting or university admissions, proving your mettle in high-volume candidate engagement
- A history of crushing recruitment goals that makes others say "wow"
- A portfolio of recruitment events that turned heads and filled pipelines
- Project management skills that could organize a circus (and make it look easy)
- Tech-savvy enough to navigate ATS/CRM systems in your sleep
- Ready to call Austin, TX your home base
- Prepared for your calendar to be 75% travel during peak season (January-May, Aug-Nov)

Working with Crossover This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
