Job Summary Certified Nursing Assistant/Nursing Assistant (CNAS/NAs) – Flexible Hours and Weekly Pay - Kaua'i at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu This is an individual contributor role, located in Honolulu, Hawaii that will provide superior direct patient care to critically ill patients in hospitals and health care facilities. The position will report to the local Administrator and Corporate leadership. Compensation & Benefits Compensation for this position is $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. The position also includes the potential for additional pay for overtime, special, and weekend assignments. Health insurance and retirement benefits will also be included in the compensation package. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in hospitals and health care facilities
• Monitor patient condition, report any changes to appropriate medical and nursing staff
• Develop action plans to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients
• Assist in transporting patients in and out of the facility
• Update patient records as needed
• Assist in medical procedures such as taking vital signs and providing basic care
• Assure the patient's wellbeing at all times
• Respond quickly and accurately to emergency situations
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state Certified Nursing Assistant or comparable certification
• Must have experience in direct patient care
• Must have strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to act and think quickly in stressful emergency situations
• Must be committed to providing the highest quality of patient care
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Must have knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
• Ability to utilize computers and various medical devices
• Must be able to lift and move heavy patients
• Must be willing to take on new challenges
