CCMS & Associates is looking for a 1099 Claims Estimator f or remote work in  Florida . We are answering an urgent call to action to add to our existing roster. The time is now to get on with our innovative team!

The Claims Estimator is responsible for revising the estimate at the direction of the carrier. This 1099 position is expected to handle the claim in a manner that exceeds our client’s expectations and stays within the methodology of CCMS & Associates products. This position requires an organized and detailed-oriented individual with experience revising claims in Xactimate/XactAnalysis which will be provided. This is a fast-paced position requiring the ability to effectively prioritize multiple job duties.

Florida self-appointed adjuster license is required. We will not be issuing emergency licensing.

Requirements:

• Working computer - internet access and Microsoft Word required
• Must demonstrate strong time management and customer service skills
• Florida adjuster's license with self appointment

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring product meets SLA
• Complete the requests revisions using Xactimate/XactAnalysis and return to the client in a timely manner
• Thorough documentation of revisions requested and completed in our claims management software
• Estimator responsibilities
• Assist in handling review of field claims as needed
• Maintain acceptable product quality through compliance with established best practices
• Other duties as assigned by manager

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Punctual and reliable
