Heres how youll be contributing to Chargeback and Recovery Team:
Provide worldclass customer support via email and phone channels to facilitate seamless flow of customer funds.
Help customers resolve issues related to direct debit chargebacks and other types of payment errors
Knowing chargeback processes and contributing to prevention and recovery of any uncollected funds
Work closely with the Product and Operational teams to identify actionable areas of improvement
Monitor and analyse domain related data report abnormalities contribute to operational improvements and team development
Qualifications :
About you:
Your verbal and written English skills are excellent. If you speak other languages then thats a plus!
You have experience working in a customerfacing role
You are punctual and have a strong attention to detail
You are good with routine but can also adapt and keep up with fast changes
You are proactive and independent but also know how important good teamwork is
You can make decisions in critical situations and have the ability to multitask
You are able to prioritise your work based on the level of urgency and impact
Youre eligible work in our Austin office
Schedule Requirements
This role requires a set schedule which will include one weekend day. Typical schedule options may include Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday .
Exact days and hours will be confirmed during onboarding.
