Position Responsibilities
Oversee high-volume daily processing of payments, refunds and unclaimed property.
Lead and develop a team of specialists and team leads to ensure efficient, accurate operations.
Collaborate with partners across Credit, Collections, Tax, IT and Customer Service to resolve issues and improve processes.
Build a high-performing team through strong hiring, coaching and employee engagement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree. A focus on Business, Finance or Accounting is preferred.
3+ years of experience managing or supervising in a cash applications or related financial operations role.
Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
