Job Description

mportant healthcare company placed in San Juan, in seeking for Bilingual Call Center. Temp to hire position.

Functions:
* Provide phone support to address the needs of members and providers.
* Documenting required information in computer systems

* Available to work (40 hours/week) Monday- Sunday. Flexible to work any of our rotational 8-hour shift, schedules between 6:00am to 11:00pm.

Qualifications:
* Bilingual
* 1+ years of experience in any of the following areas: customer service experience, call- center environment, and or health care.
* Intermediate in MS Office with solid computer skills.
