Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support and project coordination for our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in our organization's success by ensuring smooth operations at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of administrative and project coordination tasks with minimal supervision.
Compose correspondence, conduct research, compile materials and reports, and prepare presentations.
Provide confidential administrative support, including communication management through meetings, emails, and phone calls.
Arrange travel and itineraries for executives as needed.
Prepare expense reports and manage logistics for executive meetings, teleconferences, and visits from consultants and guests.
Efficiently manage the executives' calendars using Outlook, identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Foster a welcoming and responsive atmosphere that reflects the company's values.
Handle a diverse workload accurately while remaining flexible to changing priorities.
Collaborate gracefully with team members at all levels, particularly senior executives.
Perform other duties as assigned based on departmental needs.
Qualifications:
An Associate's degree or higher.
Experience handling highly confidential information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Superior calendar management skills for C-level executives using Outlook.
Proactive and capable of exercising good judgment under pressure.
Strong organizational skills with a commitment to timely project completion and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
Professional demeanor when interacting with team members, clients, board members, and investors.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience arranging executive travel and meetings with meticulous attention to detail.

Working Conditions:
