Join a leading organization known for its excellence in outsourced sales, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the CFO and CRO. As a C-Suite Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support and project coordination, helping to drive customer acquisition, retention, and business growth for Fortune 500 and emerging companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of administrative and project coordination tasks with minimal supervision.
Compose correspondence, conduct research, compile materials and reports, and prepare presentations using word processing and spreadsheet software.
Provide confidential administrative support to the executive, including communication during meetings, emails, and phone calls.
Arrange travel and itineraries for the executive and other team members as needed.
Prepare expense reports and manage logistics for executive meetings, teleconferences, visitors, and consultants.
Oversee the executive's calendar using Outlook, proactively avoiding conflicts and suggesting alternatives.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere, emphasizing responsiveness and professionalism throughout the organization.
Efficiently manage a high volume of tasks while remaining adaptable to changing priorities.
Interact graciously and supportively with team members at all levels, particularly senior executives.
Perform additional duties as assigned based on departmental needs.
Adhere to all regulations, policies, work procedures, and safety rules.
Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or higher.
Experience handling highly confidential information and materials.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent calendar management skills for C-level executives using Outlook.
Ability to gather information effectively and communicate clearly.
Proactive and able to exercise good judgment under pressure.
Strong organizational skills with a commitment to timely project completion and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
Professional demeanor when engaging with team members, clients, board members, and investors.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience arranging executive travel and meetings with meticulous attention to detail.

Working Conditions:
