Job Summary:

SGA Lists is hiring reliable and energetic bussers to join our team for the Super Bowl event. As a busser, you will play a vital role in supporting our front-of-house team by maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You will assist servers and ensure guests enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience by keeping tables clear, clean, and prepared for new guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests to ensure smooth transitions.
• Assist servers with refilling drinks, delivering bread/butter, and helping with other tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping down tables, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
• Remove trash and empty bins as necessary, ensuring the environment remains tidy and sanitary.
• Set up dining areas before the event begins, including placing silverware, glassware, and condiments.
• Assist with the organization and stocking of dining area supplies (napkins, straws, condiments, etc.).
• Ensure all areas of the restaurant or event space are clean and orderly during the event.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure food and beverages are delivered in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate any concerns to management.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including food safety standards.
• Assist with event breakdown, including cleaning and resetting the space after the event.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a busser, server, or in a similar hospitality role preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stay organized, work efficiently, and handle high-pressure situations.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy items, such as trays and stacks of dishes.
• Friendly and positive attitude with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work well in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate, plus tips.
