Job Duties:

• Identify customers needs and recommend the appropriate products
• Meeting with other executives to discuss clients' project goals, progress and outcomes
• Escalate any issues to quality assurance while maintaining professionalism
• Ensure a client first mentality
• Participation in ongoing customer service training and support
• Build relationships with customers to ensure longevity
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the clients products and promotions
