As a Booking Agent, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, providing expert advice and personalized service. In addition to commission earnings, you will enjoy travel perks and discounts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on clients' preferences and budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and deals.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or changes to travel plans promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about travel regulations, visa requirements, and health advisories.
• Process payments and ensure all booking details are accurate and confirmed.

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests.
• Proficient in using travel booking software and online travel tools.
• Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations.
• Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed commission-based targets.
• Must have a smart phone or computer with a stable internet connection.
