Job Description

2 to 3 month assignments starting ASAP, 40 hours a week Mon thru Fri.

Accounting/Billing Clerk and one Staff Accountant with a degree.

Summary:
Accounting/ billing experience required. Billing Clerk is responsible for assisting the accounting department in creating accurate and timely financial records for the organization, including data entry and invoice generation, billing, collections, billing and out-of-the box thinking on processes to move the conversions forward. Day-to-day tasks include auditing paperwork, shipping documents, recording accurate details in our client's Transportation Management System (TMS).
