Responsibilities: + Help individuals work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors. + Provides behavior assistance/interventions to assigned clients + Document individual's progress and milestones + Follow and implement behavior plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts Qualifications: + Passion for working with individuals with special needs + Strong communication skills + High School diploma or equivalent required + Must be at least 18 years of age + Current CPR/FA certification + CPI (preferred) *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
