Job Description

Location: India – Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Pune, Nagpur

As a Salesforce Automation QA, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions through comprehensive testing and automation. Leveraging your expertise in Salesforce technologies and testing frameworks, you’ll design and execute test plans, identify and document defects, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. With a focus on automation, you’ll develop and maintain test scripts to streamline testing processes and maximize efficiency in the QA lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce solutions, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Utilize Selenium or Tosca for automation testing, designing scalable and reusable automation frameworks following OOPS design principles.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
• Analyze test results, identify software defects, and work closely with developers to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Maintain and enhance automated test scripts, ensuring maximum coverage and efficiency in the QA lifecycle.
• Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress, issues, and resolutions to project stakeholders.
• Utilize tools like Jira management and QA Complete for test case management and defect tracking.

Key Skills Required:

• 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2+ years in automation testing using Selenium or Tosca.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies and platforms.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Proficiency in Java and strong technical background with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Expertise in testing life cycle, SDLC, and test processes.
• Knowledge of code coverage tools and methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, and TOSCA certifications are mandatory.
