Senior Sales Consultant - Analytics & Activation Solutions (Remote, U.S.)

About the Role
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of selling advanced Analytics & Activation solutions to a range of clients, including leading brands and agencies. You'll play a key role in expanding business within existing accounts while identifying new opportunities through consultative sales strategies. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is motivated by achieving sales targets.
You'll partner closely with internal teams—including Solution Architects, Client Business Partners, and Account Development leads—to deliver impactful solutions that help clients make data-driven decisions.
What You'll Do
Develop and nurture strong client relationships to expand analytics solution sales within assigned accounts.
Utilize consultative and challenger selling approaches to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Drive new business by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
Represent the company at key industry conferences and trade shows.
Effectively manage multiple projects and sales engagements simultaneously.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking and CRM management.
Stay up to date on Analytics & Activation solutions and industry trends.
Develop account plans and growth strategies to maximize revenue potential.
Provide customer insights to internal teams, helping shape product development and marketing strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor by delivering actionable insights and staying ahead of market trends.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
5-8 years of experience in full-cycle consultative sales, preferably within market research, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or media agencies.
Previous experience selling data analytics, choice modeling, or conjoint analysis to CPG manufacturers or media agencies is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization.
Strong storytelling and communication skills—able to present complex data in a clear, compelling way.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events.

Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary, with an anticipated base range of $93,800 - $100,000, depending on experience, skills, and location. Additional incentives may include sales-based commissions or performance bonuses.
