Assistant Property Manager

Do you have prior experience within a commercial property?

Are you a Customer Service Representation or Property Assistant looking for an opportunity to move up the ranks?

Are you a go-getter that is not afraid of a task to small or too large?

Role: 

The Assistant Property Manager will effectively manage and coordinate people, activities and available resources in order to maximize the successful operation of the over property. You will be supporting a Property Manager for two different local commercial properties and ensuring that the operations of the property run smoothly. This would included all correspondence with tenants, showings, delinquency reporting, assisting with light accounting work, managing vendors, assisting with budgets, assist with hiring and training, work with maintenance teams, handle service requests, as well as make sure insurances, paperwork and compliance is met as well. 

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or higher, Bachelor's degree is preferred. 
  • Prior experience in commercial property management.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Have a positive attitude and keep a solution-based and customer-focused mindset at all times.

Working Situation: 

  • This will be an in office position at the property.
