General Accountabilities:

  • Tenant management, including but not limited to answering renter questions, inputting maintenance requests, rent collections, posting notices, conducting inspections as requested by PM, and maintaining current files.
  • Schedules and attends showings with prospective renters.
  • Supports overall marketing efforts and offers input and suggestions in regard to promotions and advertisements.
  • Maintains accurate, in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property, including pricing information, and availability.
  • Understands and complies with Fair Housing laws and standards.
  • Gathers information about markets and competition and prepares weekly competitive reports.
  • Works with the owner to ensure curb appeal and property appearance meets standards.
  • Analyzes concerns associated with homes or apartments that are slow to lease or sell and offers recommendations to the owner.
  • Application processing and lease administration.
  • Prepares and assists with all sales or leasing paperwork.
  • Determines needs and responds promptly to prospects while being pleasant, cheerful, and tactful.

Must-Have:

  • Reliable Transportation - We manage homes throughout the Nashville metro area.
  • Must pass a background ground check and drug test.

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred).
  • Property Management leasing and/or Management experience a plus!

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required).
  • Tennessee Real Estate License (Preferred).

Compensation:

  • Base $42,000 - $48,000 Depending on experience.
  • Commissions on Sales, and more.*
  • Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance are Offered.
  • Mileage and Expense Reimbursement.*
  • Education & License Reimbursements.*

*Must be approved and based upon company standards for commissions and reimbursements.
