Shift: 1 st Shift Monday – Friday, Direct Hire , Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Prepares and performs a variety of assembly duties as per work instructions
• Preps molds for the loading in ovens and presses.
• Touches up manufactured parts to meet industry standards.

• Check all work and ensure a defective free assembly prior to quality inspection.

• Maintains and prepares materials for log tickets.
• Maintains all tools, molds, fixtures and production equipment in the Composite Assembly area.
• Follows company workmanship and quality standards.
• Other assigned tasks by management.
• Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with working with small parts and have an eye for detail.
• Skilled in interpreting work instructions.
• Must be able to lift and push up to 25 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work effectively as a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
