Description:

• Haven Design|Build is a certified BCorp that exists to increase the quantity and quality of housing options for vulnerable and under-served communities. 
• We are seeking a passionate, mission-aligned, energetic and entrepreneurial-minded Architectural Designer with experience in housing projects. 
• The Architectural Designer will be an essential team member for multiple single-family, multi-family, and/or small commercial projects, from Conceptual Design through Construction Administration.
• As a small firm, this position offers the opportunity to influence all aspects of our practice as well as taking on multi-faceted responsibilities in and out of the practice of architecture.

The ideal candidate will;

• Care deeply about housing and economic development for vulnerable communities,
• Have experience creating permit drawings and managing the project delivery process, and
• Be particularly keen on working in a small-firm atmosphere.

Candidates must;

• Have a professional degree in Architecture with 3+ years of experience,
• Understand project management processes and be highly organized,
• Work well within a team environment and participate in collaborative design,
• Be knowledgeable of Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop and Google Drive,
• Be self-motivated, responsible, and honest.
