An established, well rounded Architecture firm is looking for an Architectural Designer to join their awesome team. They are looking for a highly motivated designer who can participate in preparing architectural presentations, construction drawings and documents, and design of a variety of projects

Responsibilities:
Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using Revit
Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings
Review design documents and construction estimates
Assisting in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings
Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
Qualifications:
1-5 years of experience
Degree in Architecture preferred
Experienced in using Revit
Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques
Ability to problem solve individually and as part of a team
Provide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formats
Compensation/Benefits:
$50,000 to $75,000 base compensation (Depending on experience)
PTO and sick pay
