Pay rate:

• The starting rate is $19.75/hr. regular rate and $29.62 in Overtime. (anything after 8 hrs. a day and 40 hrs. a week).

THIS JOB STARTS EACH DAY AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS: 

DSD5 Amazon Warehouse- 3250 Business Park Dr. Vista CA 92081.

The shift is up to 10hours starting at 10:15am - make sure you map it before applying to ensure the commute is acceptable for you.

Schedule:

• Minimum 4 days a week for full-time. (1 weekend day preferred)
• 10-hour shifts available 7 days a week.

Daily Hours : 
Cycle 1-10:15 AM- 9:00 PM

$250 Referral bonus (referred must work min. 90 days).

General Responsibilities:

• The driver’s main objective is Safe, Prompt, & Accurate Delivery.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicles; follow all DOT laws and Amazon regulations.
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
• Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use smartphone devices for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members.
• Receive bonuses for excellent performance and safe driving.

Required:

• Must have held a state driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must know how to use a Smartphone. (multiple apps used to perform day-to-day responsibilities)

Preferred: 

• Previous delivery experience. (i.e., Postmates, DoorDash, Flex, etc.) 
• Previous transportation experience (i.e., Uber, Lyft, etc.).
• Bilingual.
